Before making any transactions or logging onto our websites, it is strongly advised the user must agree to the terms and conditions, and it is not recommended to visit the website My Move Gurus if they do not. This terms and condition page is changed often, therefore it is your responsibility to check back often to stay informed of any updates or modifications to the terms and conditions of the My Move Gurus website. Users must accept these terms and conditions before engaging in any transactions with us. The phrase “Quotation” or “Estimate” refers to the mutually agreed-upon, no-obligation contract between the Company and the Customer. “Customer” refers to the individual entering into a contract with the Company to receive the Services. The item or items for which moving services are to be rendered are referred to as “Goods,”. We do not deal with the relocation of coins, premium bonds, cash, bank notes, checks, money orders, postal orders, national saving certificates, travel tickets, passports, securities, manuscripts, or documents of any kind, jewelry, and perishable goods. My Move Gurus don’t relocate hazardous materials like crackers, explosives, chemicals, filled gas cylinders, battery acids, or flammable oils like diesel, gasoline, and kerosene. For vehicle shifting, it’s the customer’s responsibility to obtain copies of all pertinent paperwork. It must be produced, and it must be in the transferee’s name or have business consent to be moved under a different name. Make sure the bike is not having any oil to prevent spills or leaks. For car relocation, there should be around 10-15 liters of fuel to take care of at the loading/unloading point. The Services are offered during the Company’s regular business hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m every day except the national holidays. Any moving estimate or quotation that the company submits in order to supply the services must be accepted within 15 days of submission after which it is presumed withdrawn. The My Move Gurus maintains the right to pick up unpacking materials since they are considered corporate property along with debris. If the client decides to keep the unpacking materials for local moving, they will be charged. The quote and all of its provisions are legally binding once accepted. The manner in which the services are to be supplied shall be determined by the Company, without consulting the Customer, and may alter from time to time only with the consent of both parties and subject to additional fees. Contract termination by the customer results in the cancellation and non-refund of any deposits made toward confirmation or confirmation advances. The Customer agrees not to make any claim against any employee or agent of the Company that imposes or seeks to impose any responsibility on him related to the Services, and in the event that such a claim is made, the Customer will hold the Company harmless from any harm that may result. The My Move Gurus will not assume responsibility for damage to goods and/or fixtures unless the company has been given a fair chance to assess the damage. In any case, the third-party insurance agent will entertain any claims that have been made in writing. Prior to packaging or shipping, payment must be made by check or credit card, plus any associated card fees. Credit up until delivery time may be granted under certain circumstances. In any instance, the business maintains the right to postpone the delivery until the full payment is received. Although every precaution is taken before packing, insurance should cover transit hazards. The items are considered to be self-insured by you in the absence of insurance coverage. On the day of delivery, any exterior damage must be recorded on the packing inventory. Computers, speakers, and other electrical devices are included in this. Any inside damages are likewise not covered by insurance coverage unless there are indications of physical damage to the exterior. However, coverage for electrical or mechanical failure, excluding autos, is available and can be added in writing for a 3% surcharge. Customers can pay extra to use our wooden crate packing services.
